Shipping Regions & Restrictions
We currently ship within Australia only.
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $25 flat rate for orders under $99
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $99 (Australia-wide only)
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement (business days only).
- Same-Day Dispatch: Not currently offered.

Tracking & Notifications
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is damaged or missing, please lodge a claim via our platform within 48 hours of delivery.

Our warehouse team will follow up with the freight carrier to investigate and obtain proof of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed and we’re at fault, we’ll either resend the goods at no cost or offer a full refund.
